So, this site: no bra required caught my eye at capturing light. Some of you may have noticed the encouragement to perform breast self exams and the reason is this: I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1996 at age 25 and am likely alive and cancer-free because I discovered it myself. I will probably write about it at some point... but for now, just this: Do it. Once a month. Doesn't matter if you don't know what you're looking for, only that you know what is normal for you so you can notice changes. Ok?
